Job Overview
We are looking for a Placement Officer to join our team at Digiperform. As a Placement Officer you will be responsible for connecting our students and alumni with job opportunities in the field of Digital Marketing. This is a fulltime position based in Bangalore Rural Karnataka India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in a placement or similar role
- Knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry and various job roles within it
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to source and curate job opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in client management and coordination
- Experience in conducting career counseling sessions and interview preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Smart and proactive approach to problemsolving
Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect and collaborate with companies to understand their hiring requirements in the field of Digital Marketing
- Source and curate job opportunities for our students and alumni
- Conduct career counseling sessions and assist students in identifying their career goals
- Coordinate with the training team to align the curriculum with industry requirements
- Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with companies to ensure smooth placement processes
- Track and report on placement metrics to measure the effectiveness of the placement program
