MAJOR DUTIES
Articulates business and functional requirements by developing specifications for business processing and systems enhancement and development efforts.
Provides ongoing business and technical support. Assist in the development of training and change management materials.
Technical knowledge of a specific area in the financial and/or investment industry usually obtained by experience in related areas is required to design process improvements and to provide support. Knowledge of systems and technological capabilities usually obtained through formal training or experience with applications is required to assess automation possibilities.
Analytical and communication skills obtained usually through experience in related jobs or through formal training in system analysis is required to redesign processes.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Experience in Xceptor application development skills as well as multiple design techniques
Working proficiency in Xceptor development toolset to design develop test deploy maintain and improve software
Review and understand business requirements determine the feasibility of development in Xceptor.
Capture multiple structured and unstructured data formats including PDF XML CSV XLSX TXT.
Perform rootcause analysis and provide technical troubleshooting on current and existing Xceptor builds.
Proven capability of developing and using Xceptor and other automation technologies/techniques(.NET/BluePrism/Python/UiPath will be advantage)
Understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks Experience of investment operations functions ideally in valuations and understanding of data management to aid quick understanding of new processes for evaluation
Proven experience of developing automation solutions to business requirements
Collaborate with Business Robotics automation team Risk & Controls and other stakeholders to ensure governance is followed for end to end delivery.
Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes quickly assessing feasibility.
Analyzing understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required. Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
Collaborating with RPA Automation and validating the designs to build robust solutions.
Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Working within project planning constraints communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the preUAT phases
Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
EXPERIENCE
26 years experience working in the Financial Service/Banking Technology Industry
Minimum 2 years of Xceptor Development RPA Development and Deployment experience
Eligibility for Internal partners
24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant to move as a Team Leader/ Consultant.
Movement within TL and Consultant is 12 months
Shift Time : 6:00 PM IST 3:00 PM IST
