Work Arrangement: OnSite 5 days a week.

Audacy Los Angeles is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the team!

What Youll Do:

• Setting up or Diagnosing staff Laptops Desktops Peripherals and Software.
• Imaging/Deploying hardware Reviewing implementing and in many cases refining technical documentation.
• Must be able to assemble disassemble reassemble upgrade Install and in most instances test and upgrade PC hardware software and peripherals.
• Helping resolve IT related technical issues.
• Helping Team members connect to company resources in office or remotely.
• Helping Team members with handheld devices (Iphone Android Ipad).
• Support Team members in a timely manner and demonstrate the ability to perform with minimal oversight.

More About You:

Required & Preferred:

• Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Products including Server Windows 10/11 Mac OS X iOS Android Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Must have significant experience providing enduser support using a ticketing system documenting Multitasking and Thrives in Fast paced environments.
• Some Linux Scripting and Cisco network experience desired.
• Some Experience in Broadcast Media and Radio industry technology is highly recommended.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently has to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects power tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Duties include lifting relocating transporting technical hardware and other office equipment. The majority of the work day will be spent walking to staff member locations to provide support as well as sitting at your desk planning and updating. Our facility is on two floors accessible by elevators.
