Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process and review invoices for accuracy approvals and compliance with company policies
Maintain and update vendor records ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies
Match invoices to purchase orders and verify proper coding of expenses
Assist with reconciling accounts payable transactions
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Address vendor inquiries regarding payments and outstanding invoices
Support monthend closing activities and assist in financial reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
Proficiency in accounting software; Sage Intacct experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of transactions
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
