Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is to present for work in a timely manner groomed professionally and perform their job function in accordance with all Carroll County Memorial Hospital standards policies and procedures. Each employee is responsible for upholding the Carroll County Memorial Hospital Values namely: Respect Compassion Justice Stewardship and Excellence. Serves as a role model and example of integrity in the position where assigned.
Charged with the goal of continuous quality improvement s/he must provide leadership and supervision to the leadership team and staff members on how to improve patient outcomes while aligning with evidencedbased practices. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to direct the services appropriate for the patient/family population being served.
Minimum Qualifications:
Regulatory Agencies: Assist Carroll County Memorial Hospital in complying with external regulatory requirements such as CMS Conditions of Participation (CoP). This includes but is not limited to managing timely and accurate data entry or collection of information for the Hospital Rate Improvement Program Quality (HRIPQ) Kentucky Quality Counts (KQC) Electronic Prescribing Controlled Substances (EPCS) National Healthcare Safety Network (NSHN) Antibiotic Use and Resistance reporting (AUR) Promoting Interoperability the American Heart Associations Get With the Guidelines (GWTG) for Stroke and Coronary Artery Disease the Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) the Anthem Scorecard and Patient Experience Surveys. The Quality Analyst has oversight of the Environment of Care (EOC) program and the Quality Care Meeting of the Board.
