Creating customized energetic youth fitness classes & group fitness classes is in your DNA! You have the ability to instruct and motivate both small groups and large classes. Also do personal training Great we can schedule you with oneonone clients! You can modify on the fly and individualize the workout plan to make sure everyone is challenged at their own level.
Youth fitness classes are high in demand!
Instructors should be able to create and uphold the GYMGUYZ brand standard through intelligently designing classes and provide a variety of class formats that are fresh innovative fun and have a sciencebased methodology and approach to training. Fitness trends and class formats are always evolving so instructors are encouraged to pursue continuing education within the fitness space to consistently deliver a unique and current class experience.
