Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to join Clios Sales Leadership Team in Vancouver or Toronto.

Who you are:

We are seeking an experienced and datadriven Director of Solutions Engineering to lead our SE team which is instrumental in helping Clios customers understand the full value of our solutions. This leader will manage a team of technical customercentric SEs who specialize in supporting the SMB and MidMarket segments. As the Director of Solutions Engineering you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the SE team ensuring alignment with Clios sales strategy and organizational goals. Were looking for a leader to play a critical role in accelerating deal cycles and improving conversion rates by providing deep product expertise and technical guidance to our prospects and customers.

You bring extensive experience working in highgrowth SaaS environments a proven ability to collaborate with Product teams to influence the roadmap and a datadriven mindset to track and optimize SE performance. This is a highimpact role requiring a leader who can build scalable processes drive technical excellence and foster a highperformance culture within the SE organization.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and highperforming culture.

Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:

The full salary range* for this role is $158900 to $198600 to $238300 CAD and the full commission range is $85500 to $106900 to $128300 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
