Position Overview:
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on patient safety and organizational excellence As the Director of Risk Management you will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
In this highimpact leadership position you will:
- Champion Claims Management: Lead the investigation analysis and resolution of claims to safeguard our patients and organization.
- Drive Risk Assessment: Evaluate new services and existing operations proactively identifying opportunities to enhance safety and minimize risks.
- Facilitate Excellence: Oversee systemwide root cause analyses develop actionable improvement plans and ensure effective implementation and tracking.
- Lead Patient Safety Initiatives: Manage the Patient Safety Council and integrate the TERM program into a dynamic forwardthinking risk management strategy.
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with department leaders and the executive team to design and execute impactful risk reduction strategies.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a trusted resource on regulatory standards and compliance processes ensuring the organization meets and exceeds expectations.
