We are looking for MRI Radiographers to join us at our Melbourne clinic!
The MRI Technologist is responsible for operating cuttingedge MRI equipment to provide highquality imaging services for diagnostic and preventative purposes. This position requires technical expertise a strong commitment to patient care and adherence to regulatory standards specific to Australias healthcare system.
This is an onsite permanent position. Our clinic operating hours will be determined by the demand in this locations area we will be open Monday to Sunday subject to change.

What Youll Do
- MRI Operations:
- Perform MRI scans in accordance with clinical protocols and imaging standards.
- Ensure proper patient positioning safety and comfort during procedures.
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment ensuring optimal performance.
- Patient Care:
- Educate patients about the MRI procedure addressing any concerns or questions.
- Monitor patients during scans to ensure their wellbeing and safety.
- Data Management:
- Accurately capture and store imaging data adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare and radiation safety regulations.
- Participate in regular equipment testing and quality assurance programs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on imaging advancements.
What Youll Bring
Education and Certification:
- Bachelors or Diploma in Medical Imaging Radiography or a related field.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent certification.
- Certification in MRI technology (preferred but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI technologist preferably in a diagnostic or preventative imaging setting.
- Experience operating advanced MRI systems experience with Phillips equipment is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced clinical environment.
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance standards accreditation and safety regulations.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $130000 $150000 in local currency depending upon experience
