Job Purpose
The PMO Data Governance will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide accurate and timely performance insights for the Quality Control Framework (QCF) project in Express. This role is responsible for defining implementing and maintaining common processes and tools to effectively manage the QCF project portfolio. Additionally the role will drive key Data Quality initiatives from concept to ensuring highquality analytics reporting and knowledge sharing through tailored training programs. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers this position ensures that all deliverables align with Data Quality strategic goals and contribute to the organizations longterm success.

This role is based in either Bonn Germany; Singapore; Malaysia; Belgium; or the Czech Republic.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL

Define consolidate validate and report project metrics gathered from functional country and regional management and other IT partners.
Act as a strong communication link between Domain Director Data Governance and the rest of the QCF project team.
Provide PMO expertise techniques and methodologies/structure to direct the workstreams in improving reporting and project updates.
Support workstream leads and teams with consolidation of information and messaging to Senior and Executive management for transparency on performance and progress.
Build strong relationships with global regional & country stakeholders.
Coordinate with business functions to ensure a consistent and agreed view on overall QCF project direction.
Gather and understand business problems opportunities and requirements from business stakeholders.
Support workstream teams to deliver businessoriented and structured analysis of requirements within a given scope so that the business needs and benefits are clearly defined.

Do you have what it takes

At least 8 years of IT experience including:
Expertise in project/program lifecycle and metrics
Proven track record for delivering complex IT solutions
Global experience collaboration and teaming that has delivered worldclass results.
Solid understanding of the metrics existing processes and solutions of DHL Express with strong business acumen
Experience in interacting with stakeholders at levels of Senior Program Managers Directors VPs and CIOs.
University Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field or similar experience/education.
Ability to understand different cultures.
