The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Site Strategy. In this role you will be responsible for crafting and delivering clear compelling messaging to Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) regarding Veevas sitefacing applications including our suite of Sponsor/CRO Clinical applications and SiteVault. You will also serve as a key liaison to research sites using Veeva technologygathering insights and feedback to better support clinical trial performanceand relay that information to Sponsors/CROs and our internal Product teams to drive continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive messaging strategy for Veevas Site Solutions aimed at Sponsors and CROs
- Craft clear concise and persuasive communication materials (presentations white papers product briefs etc. that highlight the value and impact of our sitefacing products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for research sites facilitating regular engagement to understand their needs and challenges in executing clinical trials
- Build and nurture relationships with Sponsors and CROs to ensure they are wellinformed about the benefits and functionalities of Veevas site solutions
- Help facilitate SponsorSite conversations and inperson engagements
- Work closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic initiatives
- Provide actionable feedback and insights from external stakeholders to the Veeva Product team to guide enhancements and future development of sitefacing products
- Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and competitive developments to inform strategic messaging and product positioning
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved communication and product innovation
- Represent Veeva at industry conferences customer meetings and other external events establishing the company as a thought leader in site solutions and clinical trial technology
- Develop and deliver executivelevel presentations that articulate Veevas strategic vision and the value proposition of our site solutions
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in strategic roles with a proven track record in developing and executing messaging or communication strategies within the life sciences clinical research or healthcare technology sectors
- Demonstrated experience engaging with Sponsors CROs and research sites with a deep understanding of clinical trial operations and the associated regulatory environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling narratives
- Strong strategic thinking analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and influence product development through customer insights
- Comfortable in a fastpaced innovative environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers and attend industry events
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or cloudbased technology environments particularly in regulated industries
- Established network within the clinical research community including relationships with key decisionmakers at Sponsors and CROs

Compensation
- Base pay: $125000 $300000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications experience and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
