Position: Assistant Manager ElectricalMaintenance
Qualifications: BE Electrical
Experience: Min8 years of Experience in the Machining division with CNC Machines.
Salary:up to7LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining Daily Maintenance Logbook & Breakdown Slip.
- Maintenance of electrical and electronics components Motor CNC the VMC the HMC.
- Replaced faulty relays switches and motors and Position sensing devices.
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC VMC and HMC Machine.
- Ensuring the safety of shop floor workers.
- Implementation of pokayoka 5s Kaizen Safety.
- To make preventive maintenance schedule (Daily weekly m/c History card of every machine.
- Taking backup of all machines.
- Check machine clamping force and run out.
- Attending all breakdowns & troubleshooting in the shift Collection of past breakdown data.
- Assembly & disassembly of CNC HMC machines chuck nut tailstock & drawbar bearing replacement.
- Axis ball screw & bearing replacement.
- Collection of past breakdown data.
- Spindle orientation & Axis reference set
- Team handling
- Audit
