Weyerhaeuser Company is searching for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to support a manufacturing site located in Philadelphia MS. This position will report to the Senior HR Business Manager Gulf South with a strong dotted line to the Philadelphia Mill Manager. The HRBP will provide onsite human resource support to the Mill.
In this role the HRBP will be tasked with building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and managing a variety of moderately complex HR tasks both specific to the Mill and companywide initiatives. The HRBP will be consulted on a variety of topics ranging from compensation reviews to work system design to employee relations and everything in between. Additionally they will be a strategic partner to Mill leaders and sit on the Mill Leadership team.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5 of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition after being employed for six months eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
