Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Leader to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
This Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Leader will head up a team of internal sales executives responsible for leading training and supporting inhouse sales members to align with targets and provide technical expertise on air movement and ventilation products including air heaters fan convectors fan coils heat recovery equipment.
The Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Leader is required to have an indepth understanding of the HVAC industry preferably with knowledge of ventilation refrigeration air movement heating air conditioning products and a background in managing sales teams. This role will be officebased near Nuneaton.

Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Leader Role:
- Lead train and support internal sales executives focusing on air movement and ventilation products including air heaters fan convectors fan coils heat recovery equipment to ensure set inhouse targets are achieved
- Act as a link between clients internal and external group sales professionals
- Offering technical support and assistance with product selection of ventilation and air movement equipment
- Drive sales process managing sales lifecycle and influence specification selling
- Ensure project leads and quotations are successfully passed to external sales team
- Officebased near Nuneaton with occasional requirement to travel
Internal Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Leader Requirements:
- Experience as an Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Leader / Sales Leader with knowledge of ventilation refrigeration air movement heating or air conditioning products
- Technical engineering qualification HND HNC within Mechanical Engineering Building Services Engineering or similar would be advantageous
- Indepth understanding of the HVAC industry preferably with knowledge of ventilation refrigeration air movement heating air conditioning products
- Background in managing HVAC focused sales teams and driving target achievements
- Officebased near Nuneaton with occasional requirement to travel
