We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert who thrives in complex multicloud environments. You are passionate about automation infrastructure as code and streamlining delivery pipelines at scale. As a strategic member of our platform engineering team you will design build and optimize DevOps solutions that drive speed security and resilience for our cloudnative workloads. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and work handson in designing building and enhancing cloudbased architectures engineering standards and operational excellence strategies. Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloudbased applications. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform CloudFormation and other IaC tools. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Collaborate with development security and operations teams to ensure consistent environments. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance and proactively address issues. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization. This includes close collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
5 years of DevOps experience in enterprise or largescale environments. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Deep expertise in AWS Azure or GCP (multicloud preferred). A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Mastery of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CI. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Chef or Puppet. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Fluent in French and English; able to operate in a bilingual environment. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Strong scripting skills (Python Bash) and a problemsolving mindset. A commitment to continuous improvement and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends is essential.
Proficiency with the following or similar technologies is required or strongly preferred:
oContainerization platforms and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
oIaC and configuration management (e.g. Terraform Ansible)
oCI/CD pipeline tools (e.g. Jenkins ArgoCD GitHub Actions)
oMonitoring/logging platforms (e.g. ELK Stack Prometheus)
oExperience with service discovery tools (Consul etcd).
oHandson with automated testing frameworks in CI/CD (e.g. Selenium JUnit Pytest).
oProficiency with distributed systems design and cloudnative eventdriven architecture.
oExposure to complianceascode practices and policies.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
