Were searching for 3 talented Maintenance Technicians to join our Newbury Living team! Use your skills to make a real impact in the lives of our residents while growing your career with us!

Competitive pay range starting at $28.00 per hour great benefits supportive team environment and ability to earn quarterly bonuses! Positions available are:

1. Triple Crown Greenway and Prairie Village Apartments in Altoona.

2. Triple Crown in Altoona/Lyn Crossing in Des Moines

3. College Hill in Des Moines

Your new role includes:

Apartment Turnovers

Maintenance Repairs

Preventative Maintenance

Inspections

Vendor Coordination

Resident Relations

Afterhours emergency response/coordination

Who were looking for:

Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical

A team player with excellent problemsolving verbal and written communication skills

A cando attitude and eagerness to learn

3 years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred

Must possess a valid Iowa drivers license and vehicle insurance

Must pass a background check and drug screening
