Persistent belief in the potential for all students to succeed academically with an assetbased mindset
Ability to communicate respectfully and in a culturally proficient manner with parents/guardians about student progress and language acquisition
Ability to analyze and utilize student data to develop and/or cocreate curriculum and instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners.
