Job Description

Status: PartTime Hourly FLSA Classification: NonExempt

Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Shelby County Program.

  • Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing. Also maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
  • Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff families and other service providers.
  • Must be organized pay attention to detail have good time management skills and be computer literate (Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
  • Must have the ability to work well with others be friendly and have an outgoing personality.

Qualifications/Requirements: Associates degree is preferred. Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
  • Knowledge and experience using database type software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Some understanding of insurance and thirdparty billing is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Some evenings may be required.

Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
