Education
Bachelors Degree : Pharmacy or PharmD (Required)
Masters Degree : Pharmacy (Preferred)
Experience
3 Years experience in an institutional setting (Required)
General Experience in supervision (Preferred)
License/Certifications
RPHLIC PA Pharmacist License (Required)
