Job Description
Overview
The Sales Internship program provides a unique entrylevel sales opportunity within the AmTrust sales organization. This position requires an individual who is teamoriented with excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with internal staff as well as our outside agents/brokers. Candidates must be outgoing resultsdriven and enjoy cultivating new relationships over the phone.
Note this is an onsite internship out of our Seven Hills OH office location.
Responsibilities
- Rating and submitting qualified submissions via AmTrust Online platform
- Resolving service related issues around Billing Audit and Licensing issues
- Identify quoted and incomplete submission opportunities
- Follow up on those quoted and incomplete submissions
- CrossSell other product lines i.e. BOP Auto General Liability Garage CPP
- Track and record Follow Up/Cross Sell activities
- Run Renewal Log Report weekly
- Conduct online training webinars for our agents/brokers
- Work with agencies/brokers to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Highly selfmotivated and competitive
- Teamoriented
- Open to development and coaching
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agents/coworkers
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelors degree preferred
