Job Description
Our client leadingleader in semiconductors is looking for Sales Operations Analyst basedout of Milpitas CA.
Duration: Long term contract (Possibility of further extension)
Responsibilities:
- Team with SalesOperation Analysts to clear all SAP sales order holds (including: book/shipIDeliver Letter of Credits payment issues change POs customer requestedship dates CAS contracts prepayment collections escalations).
- Maintain correctcustomer requested ship dates. Work with Account Managers globally to obtainupdated customer request date change order.
- Assist in the Letter ofCredit process to final approval before shipment.
- Participate in weeklydivisional meetings pertaining to slotting to gather shipment information tohelp clear holds.
- Assist with maintenanceof bookings updates for same quarter shipments.
- Review sales orders inSAP for holds dates and notes.
- Generate and respond toinquiries relative to order holds from Field Sales Division Sales MasterScheduler Configuration Analyst Trades Services Mfg. and Finance
- Help maintain files onthe department TEAMS site.
- Familiarity of PC andrelated functionalities including EXCEL SAP and Caerus database preferred.
Qualifications:
- HS Graduate orEquivalent or work experience of 02 years
- EXCEL experience is amust
- SAP experience is aplus
