Operations Analyst

Purpose

The Operations Analyst is responsible for completing all regular tasks across treasury settlements confirmations regulatory reporting bank mandates and bank guarantee management.

The Work Key Outputs and Accountabilities

Performance & Delivery

• Works with the Treasury Operations Specialist and Manager to develop and deliver a world-class treasury operations service
• Maintains professional relationships with banks system vendors outsourced service providers and other external parties to deliver world-class services
• Works with Group Treasury and Global Shared Services colleagues to operate the Groups transactional banking relationships
• Supports Treasury Operations colleagues to maintain and manage transactional banking structures and solutions
• Maintain relevant bank mandates and fulfils KYC requests as necessary
• Regularly participates in testing of Business Continuity Plans

Safety Health & Environment

• Demonstrates behaviour in line with health safety and environmental standards and with the Groups values

Qualifications :

• Graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline preferably commercial numerical or scientific. Accounting or Commercial Engineer o
• 3 years of work experience in related areas
• Fluent english

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of treasury operations processes and settlement systems
• Operational experience in a financial department with significant systems exposure
• Development and management of banking relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
