What you will be doing:
- Partnering with leaders and teams to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Designing and rolling out wellbeing programs that go beyond the basics think mental health physical fitness resilience training and psychological safety.
- Leading risk assessments and developing safety systems tailored to marine and remote environments.
- Driving compliance continuous improvement and innovative thinking in workplace health and safety.
- Supporting incident investigations with empathy and professionalism always seeking learning not blame.
Who you are:
- A natural leader and influencer with strong people skills and a calm presence under pressure.
- Experienced in safety leadership ideally in remote or industrial environments.
- Passionate about mental health and holistic wellbeing at work.
- Creative and curious you bring fresh ideas and love solving problems.
