We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Services team based in Ufford.
Your role:
You will join a highly skilled and committed team of professionals delivering the Customer Services and administration support for the Company offering a firstclass customer experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings and resolving customer enquiries via multiple channels including: telephone email and facetoface.
You will need:
You will have good customer services skills including the ability to deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages with the ability to work well under pressure dealing with a high number of calls and emails.
A minimum of four GCSEs at Grade A* C / 4 9 (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent are required for this post.
