Value Engineering Pakistan is looking for Admin Officer who can ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations by managing facility upkeep administrative support and employee welfare services while upholding confidentiality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure office premises dormitories meeting rooms and common areas are maintained in a clean safe and organized manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities including air conditioning electrical fittings plumbing and coordinate maintenance.
- Oversee timely meal and refreshment arrangements for employees during office hours.
- Support coordination and logistics for internal events meetings and office gatherings.
- Assist in document handling data entry filing and administrative compliance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in administration preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment.
