Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Services Manager for a luxury private reserve located in the remote Okavango Delta. This role is suited to an experienced professional comfortable working in very remote bush-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery and maintenance of exceptional service standards across the reserve
Ensure quality control across all guest services and operational areas
Manage and develop service teams to maintain high performance in a remote setting
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as required
Coordinate with management to uphold the reserve s luxury service ethos
Maintain compliance with health safety and operational protocols
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience working in remote bush-based properties or similar environments
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and under challenging conditions
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining high-quality guest experiences
