Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance responding to clients concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Process policy changes and additions to meet clients evolving coverage needs.
- Assist clients with insurance policy renewals andrewrites.
- Obtain quotes and coverage options for new policies and policy amendments based on clients needs.
- Review policy with clients.
- Handle policy cancellations and reinstatements while following company guidelines and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process liaising with the claims department as needed.
- Maintain accurate data entry in our management system.
- Educate clients on various personal insurance products coverage options and risk management strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and advancements in personal insurance to enhance knowledge and service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a personal lines insurance agency or related industry.
- Thorough understanding of personal insurance products including but not limited to auto home renters umbrella and personal liability insurance.
- Familiarity with insurance policy terms coverage types and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients team members and insurance carriers.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- ActiveLicense
- Prior experience (preferred).
