Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree is preferred. *Minimum of seven to ten years of combined leadership fundraising management and donor cultivation and solicitation experience. *Demonstrated success in major annual planned and principal giving is required. *A seasoned philanthropy leader with demonstrated success in identification solicitation and stewardship of institutional corporate individual and family donors. *Well versed in philanthropy best practices and capable of demonstrating the critical qualities of leadership necessary to motivate staff clinicians organizational leadership volunteers and Board members to attain new levels of productivity in fundraising. *Solid experience in developing and implementing fundraising plans (e.g. pipeline development donor acquisition plans campaign plans). *Experience overseeing sophisticated institutional corporate major principal and planned giving efforts. *Experience in board and volunteer management. *Superior judgment creativity communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environment. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to balance and deliver on multiple activities. *Ability to manage multiple projects and see projects through to a timely completion. *Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. *Commitment to providing excellent customer service and experience managing a customer service oriented team. *Excellent teambuilding skills.
