Responsibility:
This position reports to the Project Quality Manager and is responsible for implementing and overseeing the quality management processes during the Design Work. The Design Quality Manager is responsible for implementation revising or updating the Design Quality Management Plan when deficiencies are identified or Project needs dictate verifying application of the Design Quality Management Plan at all tiers of the design organization and leading audits of the Design Quality Management Plan throughout the Work. The Design Quality Manager will report Design Work QA/QC activities and results to the Authority and manage lower tier design quality managers.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in NorthDakota or able to obtain North Dakota registration and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in design quality management of complex multidisciplinary design projects including preparation of quality management plans design reviews and verification that Signed and Sealed design documents comply with design quality management plans and project requirements.
- Also needs to have or is able to achieve ISO certifications inand 19011.
Travel/Location
- This role is to be based out of Fargo ND at the project office. However candidate can travel to the project office on a rotation schedule of two weeks on and two weeks remote.
