Job Description
Assumes the responsibility for a variety of secretarial and support functions on the clinical unit. Coordinates activities such as patient transport maintains the active patient charts and prepares the chart for medical records at discharge. Incumbent is responsible for maintaining a businesslike atmosphere and understanding of the appearance and decorum appropriate to it.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills Typing and basic computer keyboard skills Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience Required: 1 years administrative and/or customer service experience
Education Required: High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
