As we develop an enterprisewide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and strengthen our capabilities we are seeking a Delivery Lead Business Intelligence and Reporting. In this role you will manage and lead provision of relevant Business Intelligence that enables the organization with necessary timely insights to drive business decisions build our advantage and help differentiate in the market through faster and better .

What will your essential responsibilities include
Ensures a close relationship management with Product teams and Business focused onProduct specificities and serves as a key contact for IDA Digital BI product teams.
Regularly collects customer requirements and feedback to ensure improvement andcontribute to product roadmap.
Provide advisory & Consulting (Contribution/Help on program/project/issues). As a Senior Delivery Lead you alsoneed to capture knowledge from the Products Program Projects to be able to play this role product lifecycle contribution.
From a product perspective understand the AXA XL Data and Security Programstrategy & Product Family roadmaps and how this translates into local context.
In collaboration with Product teams and Account Managers promote IDA digital products in theEntities and support the Product adoption decommissioning and refresh where needed.
Support and explain nonfunctional aspects such as contractual management targetoperating models service levels and compliance requirements (with the support of theAccount Manager when required).
Build and maintain the backlog for the core product releases.
Create the items in the backlog of the feature team (Themes Epics & User Story functional description).
Build the release planning and communicate on the progression the release content and the product roadmap.
Oversee organizing workshop to collect entity functional needs.
Consult with the other IDA leads and the Product Manager who drives the roadmap in a scrum of scrums organization.
Be available and legitimate to quickly answer teams queries on functional aspects of the User Stories.
Develop Data talent across AXA XL while embracing inclusion and diversity to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital data and analytics assets. Oversee and manages the functions resource demand capacity on inflight projects as well as BAU work.

Requires a combination of solid strategic thinking and ability to connect the dots.
A minimum of a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline.
Relevant years of experience in a data role (analytics specialist or engineer) supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics.
Relevant years of experience in PowerBI & SQL. Experience in insurance domain specific to claims industry would be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate well with leadership team peers teams across the globe manage stakeholders effectively and navigate a matrixed global organization.
Applies indepth knowledge of business and specialized areas to creatively and strategically solve business problems and understand integration challenges and longterm impact.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Excellent presentation communication (oral & written) and relationship building skills across all levels of management and customer interaction.
Passion for digital data and AI and experience working within a digital and data driven organization.
