Job Description
Responsibilities:
VideoEditing:Editraw footage into compellingvideocontent for various platforms including website social media and YouTube. Incorporate storytelling techniques graphics and effects to enhance the visual appeal and narrative flow.
Content Creation: Collaborate with thevideoproduction team to conceptualise script and storyboardvideoprojects. Contribute creative ideas to produce visually captivating and informativevideosthat resonate with our target audience.
PostProduction: Performvideopostproduction tasks including colour correction audio enhancement and synchronisation. Ensure the finalvideooutput meets quality standards and is visually appealing.
VideoOptimisation: Implementvideooptimisation techniques including metadata optimisation captions and annotations. Optimisevideosfor search engine visibility and user engagement.
Motion Graphics: Create and incorporate motion graphics lower thirds titles and visual effects to enhance the overallvideopresentation and maintain brand consistency.
Stock Footage and Asset Management: Source and select appropriate stock footage images and sound effects to enhancevideocontent. Organise and maintain a library ofvideoassets for future use.
Collaboration: Work closely with thevideoproduction team writers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery ofvideoprojects. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
Creative Innovation: Stay updated with the latestvideoeditingtechniques trends and technologies. Continuously explore innovative ways to improvevideoquality storytelling and audience engagement.
VideoPublishing: Prepare and exportvideosin various formats and sizes for different platforms. Ensure propervideoformatting encoding and optimisation for web and social media channels.
VideoAnalytics: Monitor and analysevideoperformance metrics including views engagement and audience retention. Use insights to improve futurevideocontent and strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Film ProductionVideoEditing Multimedia or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency invideoeditingsoftware such as Adobe tools (Photoshop In Design After Effects and Adobe Premiere) for design and animation work.
Strong understanding ofvideoeditingtechniques visual storytelling and composition.
Familiarity with the real estate industry and a passion for staying informed about industry trends and developments.
Basic understanding of colour grading audio mixing and sound design principles.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and ability to generate visually appealing and engagingvideoideas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously to ensure highqualityvideooutput.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues.
Previous experience invideoediting motion graphics or related roles is a plus.
