Position Overview The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving the growth of All Campus Security by proactively identifying and engaging potential customers within the K12 marketplace in Texas. This role will focus on cold calling lead generation and presenting our innovative security solutions. The Sales Development Representative will play a major role in expanding the companys presence in the Texas education sector by nurturing leads and supporting the sales team in closing new business opportunities to help make Texas schools safer. Compensation All Campus Security offers a competitive salary of $5400/month commission Duties and Responsibilities - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by leveraging a proactive resultsdriven approach.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline and go above and beyond to close deals.
- Employ a gogetter mindset by actively pursuing leads and utilizing aggressive strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Generate leads by proactively cold calling potential customers in the Texas K12 market to introduce our security solutions.
- Research market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the K12 space to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Provide management with regular updates on lead generation sales progress and market insights.
- May perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales business development experience or in a related field
- Strong understanding of the K12 marketplace in Texas
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fastpaced evolving startup environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) and CRM tools
- A valid drivers license reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client sites as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and capable of working independently
- Ability to pass a federal background check
Work Environment and Physical Requirements - Hybrid role with occasional travel to client sites across Texas. Possible remote option for therightcandidate
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel within Texas for client meetings and site visits
- Regular use of a computer for communication and sales activities
