Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a Sprinkler Supervisor for a Data Center project.
Location: Gavle Sweden
Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Assess all jobs for hazards and ensure systems of work are adequately followed.
- Regularly inspect the workplace tools and requirements and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure that employees are trained to the highest standards
- Take the necessary action to correct or control hazards.
- Regularly monitor the hazard reporting system.
- Ensure welfare facilities are adequately maintained.
- Consult with team members on matters of health and safety ensuring they are made aware of the contents of the safety statement.
- Remove from service any defective item of plant or equipment.
- Notifying the Plant Manager of any defective vehicle plant or equipment as soon as possible so that the defect item can be replaced or repaired without delay.
- Follow all Irish Sprinkler Safety and Install procedures at all times.
- Supervision and organization of our work force to meet our committed construction schedule deadlines on site.
- Daily reports to ISFP Site Manager.
- Ensure high safety standards are sustained by our workforce.
- Stock takes of materials required to complete our projects and informing the ISFP site manager of required items.
- Reporting of delays on site to the site manager.
- Installation Quality checks daily to aim for a Snag free project.
- Attend all White board and DABs Meeting
Skills and Requirements
- 3 Years similar experience required
- Good understanding of Sprinkler Systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Experience working in the Construction Sector
