Job Description
ORCA SWIM SCHOOLS LOOKING FOR OUR NEW AND MOST FABULOUS SWIM TEACHERS.
EARN UP TO $35 PER HOUR WHILE YOU LEARN
(then up to $42 p/h once experienced dependent on age employment category and rostered shifts)
ORCA Swim Schools Warragul together with AUSTSWIM is committed to building a skilled workforce for tomorrow and with the assistance of the New Aquatic Accreditation Program being delivered by the Victorian Government it has never been so easy to join our TEAM!
AUSTSWIM is offering heavily subsidised training opportunities in Victoria for 1725 year olds wishing to join our everyday influencers and teach a skill for life! Whats not subsidized WE WILL COVER for you.
NOTE We will also cover you if you fall outside of this age bracket so dont let that deter you! The main thing we are looking for to make the magic happen is fitting in seamlessly with our current team and supporting each other. This means being open to picking up shifts wherever possible to help out your fellow team mates so that they will in turn cover you. We share around the requests for time off to ensure that the balancing of leave requests is fair to all!
What we are looking for
Ongoing commitment to working each Saturday morning and potentially 1 or 2 extra cover shifts per week.
Must be energetic and enthusiastic as this role is working with children who need your positive vibes patience and can do attitude.
You must ABSOLUTELY be a team player supporting your wonderfully brilliant colleagues.
You MUST be reliable and punctual as part of your commitment to being a team player.
Role would definitely work for a committed Uni student due to the timing of the available shifts.
There is no i in TEAM!
