Job Description
Leading restaurant operating company is seeking experienced bookkeeper with strong prior experience. Key responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivables reconcile daily sales bank accounts credit card cash etc.
- Accounts Payable process invoices and make payments
- Payroll Processing enter timesheets rate etc. and submit to ADP/ payroll processor
- Update Quick books
- Taxes Sales Tax working and efilling
- Monthendclose
- Financial Reporting weekly Prime Cost sheets monthly dashboard P&L
- Compliance ensure compliance with labor and company policies
- Insurance insurance workers compensation etc. premium
