Bookkeeper Bishops Castle Permanent 4/5 Days a Week Hybrid

Seymour John is exclusively partnering with a wellloved local business in Bishops Castle to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a familyrun company and play a key role in supporting the accounts function. The role involves assisting multiple clients with their accounts and managing various responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts activities ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare accounts and VAT returns.
• Communicate effectively with customers.

Who Were Looking For:

• Must have AAT Level 4 qualification.
• Proven bookkeeping experience ideally from a practice or a standalone bookkeeping role.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
• Basic Excel skills and experience with Xero QuickBooks and Sage.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Strong numeracy skills.
