Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain QuickBooks or similar accounting software from scratch
Perform daily weekly and monthly reconciliation of accounts
Input and organize invoices accounts payable and accounts receivable
Organize and categorize expenses from multiple sources (business credit card bank accounts personal accounts)
Integrate payroll data from Gusto platform into bookkeeping system
Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L statements
Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure ongoing organization
Provide analysis of strong and weak financial areas for business review
Experience with QuickBooks MYOB Xero or similar accounting software
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
Ability to set up accounting systems and make software recommendations
Experience with reconciliation and invoice management
Familiarity with payroll integration (Gusto experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
20 hours per week minimum (due to full bookkeeping functions including reporting and setup)
Initial setup phase may require additional time to organize existing financial data
Ongoing monthly reporting and maintenance responsibilities
Remote work from Philippines timezone flexible to clients business hours
