Job Summary
PPLseeks an outstanding Assistant Property Manager to join its Property Management team. This position assists the Property Manager with the daytoday operations of properties including marketing leasing income certification recertification rent collection housekeeping grounds maintenance and curb appeal nonmaintenance contracting and site inspections.
Must assist the property manager in maintaining a close working relationship with sitebased and other service providers.

Salary:$22.00 $24.00 Hr.DOQ
