Job Description
J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented candidate for theCommercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO). TheGenAI Enablement teamis responsible for driving the adoption of LLMs and GenAI acrosstheCIB(e.g. Markets Banking Payments Securities Services).
As aGenAI Enablement Senior Associate for theCommercial & Investment Bank (CIB) you willplay a pivotal role indrivingthe CIBs GenAI agenda in particular around Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agents. In partnership with inbusiness stakeholders and technical partner teams (Firmwide Chief Data & Analytics Office) the CIB GenAI Enablement team is maximizing the impact of GenAI for the CIB including leading the CIB rollout of JPMCs internal tool LLM Suite as well as identifying and accelerating the most impactful LLM Use Cases.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of GenAI across the CIB through: 1 Prompt training and knowledge sharing; 2 Ideating and developing LLM use cases
- Develop technical expertise in GenAI specifically to become an SME on LLMs and Agents in order to identify business problems that can be solved with this technology
- Identify priorityGenAI use cases for the CIB and drive of CIB CDAOs top strategic initiatives as well as working closely withFirmwide AI stakeholders
- Define and deconstruct complex problems through strategic business deep dives and develop communication skills by providing synthesized analysis to the CIB Chief Analytics Officer and senior stakeholders across the CIB
- Recognize emerging trends inGenAI ahead of broader market adoption andmonitor competitor approaches andlatest product releases as the AI market evolves
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Diverse problem solving experience with commercial work experience in strategy or AI/ML related role preferred (top management consultancy internal strategy other similar fields also considered including investment banking VC etc.
- Knowledge and understanding ofGenAI and emerging technologies required
- BSc or MSc degree in relevant STEM field preferred but not required (e.g. Data Science Computer Science)
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
- Ability to quickly assimilatenew topics/information and synthesize with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Python orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) andvisualization tools(e.g. Tableau) preferred but not required
