Provides leadership and oversight for the Service Enablement Management group. Oversees team efforts to coordinate and leads processes to ensure the organizations capability in terms of product service delivery. Monitors and defines product service requirements ensuring the availability of required spare parts technical documentation and service-related processes and procedures. Ensures field and global service organizations have up-to-date product availability. Ensures ongoing and effective cross-functional coordination and mutual understanding of service requirements and ongoing alignment / cooperation. Monitors processes and spare part utilization to identify and drive cost savings and other efficiency improvements.



Responsibilities
  • Ensures the business success of service parts from service and delivery perspective.
  • Directs the efforts of subordinate managers and / or Service Enablement staff.
  • Engages with R&D Product Customer Service Marketing and other relevant stakeholders to understand significant recurring and business critical issues requirements and expectations.
  • Implements efforts to streamline service-related processes and operations driving cost savings enhanced service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors all aspects of the service delivery lifecycle identifying patterns trends and challenges.
  • Develops and implements complex issue resolution plans specifications and schedules.
  • Ensures that critical outcomes are met documented and communicated as appropriate internally and externally.
  • Handles complex issues escalated internally by Service Enablement and allied teams and externally by customers.
  • Monitors the entire product lifecycle identifying service-related systemic issues and challenges and recommending strategies and solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborates with relevant cross-functional leadership to ensure mutual understanding and ongoing alignment in terms of service strategies processes and interdependencies.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Service Enablement Management and typically 2-4 years leadership experience.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).

Salary Range: $112000 to $150000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications skills competencies geographic location internal equity and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program whereby an award if any may depend on various factors including without limitation individual and organizational performance.
