About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to support high volume recruitment within our People & Culture Team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding processes across our clinical nonclinical and corporate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs define job requirements and establish ideal candidate profiles.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding applicants.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract highquality talent across various roles.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders offering expert advice on recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines ensuring clear communication and a positive applicant experience.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
- Represent and advocate for company values and culture to engage and attract potential candidates.
About You
- Extensive experience 4 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment with a preference for volume hiring.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related Business field.
- Indepth understanding of recruitment strategies tools platforms and networking techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently while maintaining prioritisation.
- Capable of thriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
- A proactive mindset for problemsolving and addressing talent acquisition challenges.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills and expertise in stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with ATS/HRIS systems such as PageUp and iChris.
- Familiarity with the aged care health or community services sector (preferred).
