Eventide Senior Living in Fargo ND (near Scheels Arena) is seeking a full time Facilities WorkerDriver to work Monday Friday 8a4:30p. This position includes rotating oncall which occurs once every 5 weeks.

The Facilities Worker Driver performs a variety of miscellaneous duties including transportation services as well as performing some grounds maintenance and minor repairs specific to Eventide vehicles facilities and equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Transports residents or tenants to and from appointments and activities as scheduled and assigned. This will include operating the vehicle mechanical lifts also providing assistance to passengers making sure they are properly secured in the vehicle prior to each trip.
- Utilizes the CMMS software work order system to check job assignments during each shift making comments and labor adjustments in the system as needed. Must also be able to use Eventide time clock software to properly manage and relate CMMS assignments to specific Eventide job sites.
- Must be available for occasional evening or weekend special event transportation needs.
- May be asked to be available for weekday maintenance call if needed.
- Accepts role as primary driver for the campus and may be asked to drive for Eventide purposes frequently.
- Performs grounds keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance to Eventide property. This includes but not limited to: lawn maintenance trimming / pruning bushes edging sidewalks removal of weeds removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.
