The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) is accepting applications to fill the position of Agency Technology Service Requester (ATSR). This position will serve as a liaison with the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) and external vendors regarding system issues and service requests. This position will also function as the OSFM IT liaison coordinating all hardware and software needs with the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) and external vendors. As the Telecommunications Coordinator this position is responsible for all agency telecom needs. The successful goaloriented candidate possesses a passion for Information Technology and the desire to improve and streamline agency IT operations. As the OSFM ATSR and employee of the State of Illinois the selected candidate will have access to state healthcare benefits and a pension plan.
