Are you an experienced teacher ready to take on a leadership role in Key Stage 4
We are seeking a Head of Year (KS4 to oversee student progress wellbeing and academic success starting September 2025.
The Role of a Head of Year (KS4 & Requirements:
- Lead the academic and pastoral development of Key Stage 4 students.
- Monitor student progress and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support student success.
- Promote a positive school culture and behaviour standards.
- Hold QTS (or equivalent) with proven teaching and leadership experience.
- Strong communication organisation and pastoral care skills.
- A commitment to student achievement and personal development.
