Are you an experienced teacher ready to take on a leadership role in Key Stage 4

We are seeking a Head of Year (KS4 to oversee student progress wellbeing and academic success starting September 2025.

The Role of a Head of Year (KS4 & Requirements:

  • Lead the academic and pastoral development of Key Stage 4 students.
  • Monitor student progress and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to support student success.
  • Promote a positive school culture and behaviour standards.
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent) with proven teaching and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication organisation and pastoral care skills.
  • A commitment to student achievement and personal development.
