The Opportunity:
ReportingtoourTeam Lead of Contracts theContracts Coordinatorwill be responsible forgenerating modifying and sending of contracts to clients and physicians. You will work closely with our internal delivery teams physicians and healthcare facilities nationwide. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
In this role you will:
- Compileappropriate information to prepare complete contracts including terms andpricing
- Generate all contracts and check for completeness and compliance with companypolicies
- Manage the sending and administration of contracts to clients andphysicians
- Coordinate modifications and negotiations of contracts between internal and external resources
- Responsible for follow upby phone email or other means to ensurewe receive signed contracts back from clients andphysicians
- Maintain database(Bullhorn)used for the tracking/status of contracts for reporting to all businessunits
- Responsible for reporting back to business units their data regarding contracts
