Job Description
Kendal at Hanover is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community employing 300 staff and home to 400 residents. We believe in providing a rich environment for growth and learning in a manner that works for you including an emphasis on true work/life balance.
Qualified candidates for this General Maintenance position will be engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing a variety of duties. Examples could include:
- Perform project assignments and renovations.
- Perform work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork furnishings finishes hardware and maintaining grounds.
- This position supports the operational needs of the facility. The assignment of workdays work hours and shifts will be discussed at the time of an interview.
