Job Description
As Discussed I am looking for the person who would be required to do following and will have the Responsibilities:
- Organizing and creating system for Store for the entire group.
- Managing Project Raw material consumable & Finished stores of all the sites sitting from office
- Creating item codes and item names and ensuring that it is proper.
- Ensuring that Purchase procedure and purchase software is running perfectly.
- Reducing pendency of PR to PO and creating reports.
- Inward bills checking passing maintaining records in details area wise locations wise project wise userwise department wise.
- Physically checking of all bills and specially for service/ work bills
- Improving the purchase and store software.
- Creating MIS for the purchase departments and management
- Create budgeting
Salary range 4060k CTC
Experience: 23 years in store and 34 years in purchase in manufacturing unit.
