The Opportunity
The Member Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the teams responsible for providing the ultimate member experience across multiple World 50 Group communities. This role is the foundation of the Memberships team. As an MS coordinator you would concurrently manage a range of tasksfrom ensuring accurate member intel is captured in our CRM system to assisting with high touch detailed grouprelated projects. Your attention to detail will ensure our members receive personalized service with exceptional care.
Member Services Coordinators receive training and support to continually expand their skills. As you master the intricacies of the role youll have the opportunity to transition into a dedicated partnership with a single membership community collaborating closely with the Group Leader to enrich the member experience.
