Job Description

Job Summary

This is an entry to midlevel Analyst position with oversight to company PBX Systems and associated hardware. This person will be responsible for providing daytoday technical support maintenance and deployment of PBX hardware and associated handsets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance and deployment of telecommunications hardware and software
  • Support and troubleshooting of Tip & Ring infrastructure
  • VoIP systems configuration and deployment
  • Adds/moves/changes and tier one support of the PBX and hospitality telecom infrastructure.
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation/SOP
  • Ability to speak in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of end users is required
  • Technicians must be team players detail oriented and able to prioritize without supervision
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Functional knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure and structured cable design
  • Functional knowledge of PBX hardware (preferably Avaya S8 server systems)
  • Functional knowledge of Windows XP Windows 7 Microsoft Office 2007/2010
  • Fundamental knowledge of circuits and IP networking to effectively troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Professionalism and strong guest service skills attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Flexible schedule during peak times of the year
  • Ability to work outdoors in a dynamic mountain environment. This position requires year round work on and off the mountain
  • High School Diploma or equivalence exam
  • Valid US Drivers license.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Follow and enforce company guidelines policies and practices.
  • After hours support and maintenance oncall duties and onmountain work assignments are absolutely required
  • Must be able to ski/ride
  • Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Avaya/Cisco/CompTIA or other relevant certifications preferred
